Main Duties
  • Following up on pending requests made by the business units or end users.
  • Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining personal computers and peripheral devices to a consistent level.
  • Install the operating systems with required patches/upgrades and Software as per regulation.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to End User PC, including Client Software problems like Microsoft Office, Emails, archives, document files and printer and peripherals access.
  • 1st level Support for all user applications; Support for connection problems.
  • Support for new software delivered to end users.
  • Support based on the requests of users (to make the work better and easier for them);
  • Cooperate with other teams for all updates and services.
  • Troubleshooting printers and scanners problems and follow up their repair with the suppliers.
  • Troubleshoot PC problems and follow up with their warranty.
  • Support End Users in their software or hardware problems and escalate the problem to a 2nd or 3rd level / technician if that is the case.
  • Recommend investments in new technologies/solutions to improve existing infrastructure.
  • Effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors.
  • Performs other duties given by the superiors.
Requirements

• Bachelor University diploma in one of following branches: Computer engineering, Informatics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science.
• At least 1-year experience in IT Support.
• Good knowledge of English Language to follow the documents, prepare reports and presentations.
• Be honest, trustworthy and reliable.
