Specialist of securities in Custody unit for Pension Funds and keeping registry on Retail Markets Securities for BKT customers - Treasury Operations Department

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To follow up daily reports and reconciliation with the Companies, to monitor the Quotas, and price of quotes of assets for Pension Fund and for each member of the Pension Fund. The discrepancies observed will be reported daily basis into FSA
  • To work in accordance with Low and By Lows for Private pension Fund, and in accordance with Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA)’ Guidelines on this field.
  • To monitor the process of deposits to dedicated account for Pension fund. Define the portfolio assets and booking the investments on deposits/securities of the pension funds into the banking systems and booking the withdrawal from pension funds.
  • Preparation of the periodical reports to the Bank of Albania, FSA and other regulatory bodies.
  • To follow up daily report related to keeping of registry on Securities investments for BKT customers in AFISaR system based on Bank of Albania Regulations.
  • Monitoring different reports on the field.
  • Other duties as defined by the superiors.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economic’ related faculties.
  • Very good level of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To possess the properties required by the internal Bank regulations.
  • To be creative, inquisitive, and responsible.
  • Able to work overtime as the job requires so.
  • Be honest, dependable and trustworthy.
  • Very good knowledge of Windows & MS Office, especially in Excel files.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in securities operations as Specialist/ Senior Specialist in BKT or outside of BKT.
