PURCHASING SPECIALIST​

Responsibilities and duties

• Follow up purchasing process for all products and services;
• Follow up purchasing of Production related goods and for administrative as well;
• Follow up documentation of purchasing and ordering process, as per company procedure;
• Ability to perform different market analyze for different good and services;
• Ability to perform the evaluation supplier process for different category of supplier and services;
• Create and maintain a transparent supplier database;
• Supplier analyzing process based on prices, quality of service and reliability;
• In charge of supplier contracts and follow up the contract’s terms;
• In strong collaboration for ordering process with international company branches;
• In strong collaboration with Finance department for purchasing process;
• In strong collaboration with Production and Maintenance for purchasing process;
• Pricing process in strong communication with company headquarter and local management team;

Profile and skills

• Very good level of knowledge of supplier contracts management, so good level of legal background is needed;
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position;
• Strong work ethics, integrity and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent computer skills in MS office;
• Very good ability (in speaking and writing) in English, German language knowledge will be considered an asset;
