Job Position: Senior Specialist of Cards and Multi - Channel Sector
Sector: Cards and Multi - Channel Sector
Department: Product Management

Primary objectives
Specialist of Cards and Multi - Channel Sector manages a specific product business line, including product marketing, management and development activities. S/he assist in development of product marketing and business plans and is responsible maintain relationship with the Banks third Parties Processors.

Operational objectives

  • Monitors progress of other departments in implementing programs and processes, identifies issues, helps to resolve them.
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry, market, business and products for assigned product line.
  • Monitors and reports business results on Cards and multi channels, analyzing developments, identifying issues and helping devise new actions plans to ensure business objectives are met.
Key roles & responsibilities

  • Serves as Product business champion within the bank, managing day-to-day activities and projects through other departments to ensure approved programs are implemented successfully with others.
  • Maintain the relationship with the Third parties
  • Directs, coaches and mentors to the Product Manager, defining tasks and responsibilities and monitoring performance and progress.
  • Project management key roles.
  • Business performance indicators generating, monitoring, analyzing and proposals preparation.
Product Marketing:

  • Help develop annual and ad hoc Product Line plans. Prepare clear situation analyses (facts, implications and SWOT), help develop strategies, create detailed action plans and budgets.
  • Monitor marketing and sales results, reporting progress versus objectives, identifying issues or opportunities and suggesting options to improve outcomes.
  • Prepares Leaflet, Direct Mail, communication messages for all the annual marketing plans.
Product Management:

  • Developing forecasts for products, manage pricing programs (analysis, proposals and implementation with other departments), monitor and report on service levels by branches and other departments, help other departments develop product procedures, policies and processes, etc.
  • Manage day-to-day project development and program implementation with other departments and 3rd party organizations as appropriate. Act as prime liaison with support departments to ensure consistent and coordinated management of the product’s business across the bank.
  • Ensure suitable knowledge and awareness of products and programs in appropriate Bank departments. Manage internal communications, product training etc. within the bank, using resources from other departments as available (e.g. Training Department).
  • Analyze and report business results - identifying opportunities and/or risks to the business.
  • Prepare and follow the approval process for the products contracts s/he manages with Legal and Risk Department
Required skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Economic Sciences or related field
  • Work experience minimum 3-5 years in cards and multi channels area
  • Very good knowledge’s for the payment products and digitalization area.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in group and independently as well with the minimum of supervision
  • Very good sense of self organization and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Very good English languages command
  • Very good command of Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
