Duties & Responsabilitie

• Lead projects to develop marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies
• Manage brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery
• Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies
• Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to support the organization’s growth by developing content marketing and demand generation strategies that drive awareness and engagement with the Kraco’s Brand
• Responsible for digital marketing
• Provide insight and analysis on the value and potential of new marketing platforms and emerging marketing channels
• Collaborates closely with web development to optimize website content and conversions
• Work with the Marketing Team to develop a centralized marketing calendar to include, social media and email campaigns, overseeing their full life cycle, including: creative/copy development, data segmentation, and reporting/analysis
• Create and supply marketing collateral, merchandise and promotion collateral to each event, measuring and evaluating impact on recruitment and brand awareness

Qualifications

• University of Tirana, Marketing / Business Administration or similar profiles;
• Previous experience in Marketing, Distribution, Retail;
• Very good communication skills, building successful relationships with clients;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
• Be flexible and cooperative;
