Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. This position is responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls and meetings, presenting tailored social media marketing solutions, and preparing proposals and contracts. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing and account teams to align client needs with service offerings, forecast sales performance, and report on key metrics. The role also involves representing the agency at industry events, gathering market feedback, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within marketing, advertising, or digital services.
- Strong consultative selling skills, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in the Tirana or regional market and an existing network in relevant industries is a plus.
