EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a multinational company which operates in the water technology (Water-Tech) sector, specializing in drainage systems and water management solutions, is currently recruiting a Sales Engineer.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, water and sewage design engineers, construction companies and investors as key business partners;
• Position the brand in project specifications with appropriate technical solutions;
• Take ownership of construction projects from specification phase to tender and contracting phase through execution and completion;
• Identify customer needs and market trends, providing consultative and value-added technical solutions;
• Support architects, water and sewage designers, contractors and investors with technical expertise, product selection, and on-site consulting;
• Coordinate sales processes and project management in close collaboration with the back-office and technical teams;
• Represent the company at customer meetings, construction sites, and industry events (conferences, presentations, fairs and exhibitions).

Requirements for this position are:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering field;
• Proven experience in the construction sector (experience in building materials or project sales is an advantage);
• Solid technical background and understanding of construction processes;
• Entrepreneurial and dynamic personality with orientation towards results and sustainable growth;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Good command of English;
• Good knowledge of AutoCad;
• Willingness to travel and valid driving license.
