Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis
▪ Collect, filter and validate sales, pricing, and inventory data from multiple sources (SAD, finance system, brands’ P&L reports, importations data, etc.).
▪ Develop spreadsheets and reports to monitor sales performance, market shares, and promotional effectiveness.
▪ Conduct detailed analysis of sales data by region and Area Manager/sales agent, highlighting performance gaps and growth opportunities.
Discounts & Compensation Monitoring
▪ Track and evaluate discounts, rebates, and compensations provided to sub distributors.
▪ Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms and monitor the financial impact of discount structures.
▪ Provide transparency and accountability in distributor and market incentives programs.
Performance Monitoring
▪ Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue growth, distribution coverage, and promotional ROI and effectiveness.
▪ Benchmark distributor performance against market standards and internal targets.
▪ Highlight underperforming areas and propose corrective actions.
Business Insights & Strategy
▪ Provide actionable recommendations to sales and marketing teams based on data driven insights.
▪ Support distributor negotiations with evidence-based pricing, margin, and volume analysis.
▪ Forecast demand and optimize stock levels to sub-distributors to minimize shortages or overstock situations.
Collaboration & Communication
▪ Partner with sales managers, supply chain and finance teams to align on business objectives.
▪ Present findings in clear, concise formats tailored to different audiences (executives, sales field teams, distributors).
▪ Support strategic planning with scenario modeling and probability-based forecasting.

Qualifications:
- Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, mathematics etc.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Pay close attention to detail
- English communication required
- Very good/excellent knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Office, Power BI etc.
