Alumil Albania, located at the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employees in the following position:

Sales Consultant

Position Objective:

The propose of the Sales Consultant role is to increase the company's sales in his/her area of responsibility through the development and management of affiliates (salespersons and / or fabricators). In addition to the direct sale responsibilities and duties that are essential, his/her role is to develop strong affiliates who will contribute both to the sales volume and the quality of the company's reputation in the region.




Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Is responsible for the accurate implementation of the company's commercial and credit policies, payment collection and the financial targets with the clients of its region. Ensure payment collection and credit control, maintaining full awareness of client credit status and outstanding balances.
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners to create a strong loyal base of partners in Alumil's network.
  3. Work closely with company partners (dealers and fabricators) aiming to continually improve them. Advise them and consult them on how they could do more.
  4. Develop and expand the partner network by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new dealers and fabricators.
  5. Provide technical and commercial support to partners, helping them improve performance and solve operational issues.
  6. Promote products and services in the market through presentations, exhibitions, and direct partner support.
  7. Implement marketing and branding activities to ensure strong visibility and consistent brand presence across partner locations.
  8. Monitor the market and report insights, including competitor activity, trends, and customer feedback via CRM and analysis.



Competences/skills:
  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  3. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Experience using CRM systems.
Completion of professional sales training programs or relevant sales seminars is an advantage.



Working days: Monday to Friday

3. Company is offering 13th salary, private health insurance, performance bonus, transportation and working conditions based on the Labor Code.
