We are seeking to welcome a qualified and dynamic Relationship Officer for Business (Band 4T) , reporting directly to the Team Leader of Relationship Officer for Tirana Area Region.

Overall Job Definition

The Relationship Officer for Business attracts, develops and administers banking relationships with new and existing business customers, meeting their existing and future needs by providing services and products to them.


Detyrat​

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with SME Manager in defining the objectives and drawing up the business activities;
  • Achieves the personal targets and contributes on achievement of overall department objectives.
  • Plans & carries out meetings with existing or potential clients in order to examine, develop and/or expand collaboration with them, by giving them financial advice and by informing them about the types of products;
  • Investigates, identifies and responds to the banking needs of the clients;
  • Responsible for the proper and effective sale of products as well as for the overall management of clients after the initial sale of the product;
  • Responsible for the market research in order to identify client’s needs;
  • Stays informed of new products & services designed by the bank for business clients;
  • Promotes the image of the bank within his/her own professional & social circle;
  • Deals with credit operations, recommends financial proposals, participates in the approval procedure to the extent of his authority and manages the related portfolios;
  • Analyses and evaluates financial data of business, verifies that Customer has prepared and submitted financial and legal change information fully and accurately and draws up recommendations for credit;
  • Analyses loan applications from SME and structures credit arrangements in order to generate interest income while limiting credit losses;
  • Prepares loan underwriting including: assessing the credit worthiness of applicant companies, financial statements, business and personal cash flow;
  • Monitors the outstanding loan commitments to ensure projects proceed and loans are closed in a timely manner;
  • Complies with the regulative framework, whether this arises from rules and directives of the Bank of Albania or from the Bank’s own circulars (banking confidentiality, money laundering, etc.);
  • Performs any other duty assigned by the supervisor

Kualifikimet​

Competencies / Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Banking or Finance;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector preferably in similar positions;
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills;
  • Collaboration spirit in a team environment as well as with other departments;
  • Ability to write business proposals and technical reports in a clear, concise and well organized manner
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Fluency in English, oral and written.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft package;
