Job Tittle: Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities (MEP Construction)

• Reviewing MEP construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Liaising with site managers and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, and other documents as per site manager’s request.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Measuring and estimating the quantities of variations.
• Track and control variations.
• Documenting any changes in design.
• Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day work.
• Traveling from the office to site as required.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering.
• Construction background
• Estimating skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• 3 years relevant work experience
