We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the administrative and financial operations of our office in Tirana. This role is focused on employee administration, payroll coordination, banking activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.

Responsibilities​

• Track and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly salary payments with the finance team.
• Process bank payments, transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
• Manage office expenses and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Coordinate with accountants, banks, and external service providers.
• Prepare reports and administrative documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local administrative requirements.
• Support management with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
• Identify and implement improvements to office processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administration, payroll, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience handling payroll administration and banking transactions.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.
