Customer Service Inbound - German

This position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for inbound customer service experience in the technical/administrative/commercial area within the telecommunications industry.

WHAT WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM?

Your passion for helping others will help you connect with customers and to get in touch with colleagues.
You actively listen to their concerns and solve their problems by providing excellent customer service (via phone, chat, email). You are responsible for the correct technical and administrative resolution of disruptions in the fixed network and/or mobile network (Internet/telephone). [/COLOR]
Examples of your work:
  • Testing: trunk line testing, troubleshooting;
  • Assistance: guiding the customer in configuring the port and correctly installing the router;
  • Management: guiding customers to correctly understand the invoice and, in case of problems, to solve them.
  • Commercial: Catching upsell opportunities and directing them to the appropriate team.
PROFIL:
  • We are looking for reliable, customer-oriented employees who are enthusiastic about technology;
  • Advanced knowledge of the German language;
  • University degree (minimum requirement).
  • Mastery of handling Windows and Office
  • Availability for shift work (Mon-Sun) between 08:00 and 24:00
