The IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, supporting business-critical operations (with a strong focus on retail) and enabling digital transformation initiatives.

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, supporting business-critical operations (with a strong focus on retail) and enabling digital transformation initiatives.
Major responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure & Operations: Manage and ensure availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, POS, VoIP);
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management.
- Service Continuity & Reliability: Ensure continuous and reliable IT services through effective incident management, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery, supporting business-critical (especially retail) systems;

- Automation & Process Improvement: Drive automation and optimize IT operations in line with IT service management best practices (e.g., ITIL);
- Projects & Stakeholder Collaboration: Support IT projects, ensure smooth transition to operations, and manage collaboration with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements for this position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience in IT Operations, system administration, and network management;
- Experience leading teams and external vendors;
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments;
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Retail or business-critical systems experience is an advantage;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage incidents and work under pressure;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
- Proactive, accountable, and improvement-driven mindset.
