Description: A Bidding Cost Controller review analyzes and controls the costs associated with a project, large-scale construction projects where there are multiple subcontractors, inspectors and supplier’s as well small-scale projects and operational budget. BCCE may perform these tasks alone, or they may work as part of a larger project team.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for bidding ,controlling and monitoring the project total costs including verifying and checking of offer, invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project costs are covered and properly recorded. Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc. Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work. Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients. Perform project costing related reporting to the management and review on a monthly basis to ensure that costs are kept within the project budget.
Requirements: Higher Technical for Civil Engineering and at least 2 years of working experience;
Knowledge of operative normative/codes documents regulating the construction process;
Knowledge of the regulations concerning all applicable regulations governing the construction process, HSE regulations, the costs of labor, materials and equipment;
Excellent computer literacy: MS EXCEL, MS WORD, MS PROJECT; CAD-programs;
Very good command of technical English, German is an advantage;
Reliable and fast handling of figures and ability to work in a team and in collaboration with other teams.
