Job Title: Cashier

Working hours: Multi-shift in accordance with the needs of the company
Place of work: Grand Casino Tirana (Floor -1 Hotel "Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana")
Supervisor: Middle management and above


POSITION SUMMARY

The Casino Host will assist all our Customers working in collaboration with Casino Marketing and VIP Services. This includes, but is not limited to, all administrative duties & reporting, casino rewards and player program responsibilities, advertising & signage, casino tournaments, promotions, special events and casino groups

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintained and developed positive, friendly relationships with gaming customers by assisting guests with VIP requests and amenities and issuing comps.
• Achieved gaming revenue by effectively reactivating, developing and maintaining customers.

• Planned and executed promotions and VIP events, tournaments and other special functions to develop and maintain guest loyalty and incremental visitation.
• Devoted significant time being visible and available on casino floor to meet and greet guests during individual visits and special events.
• Developed one-on-one relationships with premium players and provided exceptional guest service to cultivate and maintain VIP relationships.
• Maintained detailed familiarity with high-value players and guests of casino and researched and identified most valuable players and guests in distinctive time frames.
• Organized and coordinated show reservations, guest rooms and meals to provide guests with optimum convenience and comfort.

• Addressed customer behavior or complaints head-on to maintain smooth and professional operations.

NATURE AND SCOPE

• Under the direction of the Player Development Manager and Executive Host are responsible for the execution of all host tasks.
• Responsible to maintain a professionalism, enthusiasm and the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum of two years of general sales experience and/or customer relation experience preferred.
• Basic to Intermediate skills in typing and computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel), is required.

• Position requires professional and personable approach to all customers.
• Must be outgoing.
• Fluent in English Language; Speak, Read, Write.
• Fluent in Albanian Language; Speak, Read, Write.
• Maintain the highest standards of Customer Service/Guest Relations

• Dependable and reliable.
