Description

To support Vodafone’s key strategic growth areas in Commercial Development Tribe, we require a highly talented Device Operations Lead.
The role of Operations Lead is to understand the market and customer needs in the device business & services and prepare a proper planning of device management to meet all business expectations.
As the Device Operations Lead, you will be a key stakeholder in the team. You will be responsible to define the future device portfolio and convey that vision to other team members.
You will be part of an agile squad, ensuring that all initiatives related to planning are addressed accordingly. You will be the lead user of your product ensuring the product meets the quantity required & sales planning of the respective stock.
You will assist in formulating go to market strategies and help drive innovation while balancing corporate and departmental goals with long-term market trends and opportunities.

Job Responsibility

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Manage device stock and respective planning by ensuring a smooth run of the business and positive margins on device sales.
• Conduct competitive and data driven analysis and industry research to identify gaps and opportunities that will further update the product roadmap.
• Represent the customer and regularly interface and engage with stakeholders to ensure the team is building the right product and therefore delivering the value expected of it.
• Mobilize and work cross functionally with other Tribes, commercial CoEs, and other business units to deliver releases on schedule.
• Support the overall strategic roadmap to build innovative solutions and support business objectives.
• Manage performance and grow revenues
• Establish go to market plans for new product/ program launches
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive goals and objectives.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Customer-centric and passionate about smartphones, gadgets & emerging technologies.
• A strong team player supportive in all regards and embraces ownership, accountability and responsibility for the team’s mission
• Digital Mind-set with proven experience in product management
• Business experience in Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Technology related Product management.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and team building skills;
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration, marketing, Computer Science or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in device management, sales operations or business planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required.
