Job position: Deputy Shop Manager

The Deputy Shop Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the store in accordance with the general policies of the company and is the point of contact/representation of the store in the absence of the store manager. His main focus is achieving the performance indicators set by the company, monitoring the staff to achieve the objectives set for you and ensuring the operational maintenance of the store.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the company for the store in general and each staff in particular.
- Ensuring the store's business growth rate from year to year.
- Analyzing the store's performance reports according to the respective indicators, drawing conclusions and corrective or supporting actions to improve the store's results.
- Monitoring staff on a daily basis to ensure correct performance of assigned tasks and managing their quantitative and qualitative performance expectations.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and processes required by the company.
- Managing the store's stock and ensuring its optimization in order to achieve the store's objectives.
- Management of store appearance indicators, including compliance with the rules of merchandising principles to create intriguing spots to attract the attention of customers to products that are required to have focus or to facilitate the orientation of the staff in their sale.
- Management of customer complaints or problems.
- Collecting and sharing information about the dynamics of the market where the store operates for competitors, potential customers, business opportunities, etc.
- Preparing and updating stock reports for each area and reporting them to the Logistics Manager.
- Coordination of the distribution process with the Quantity Department and the store network.
- Registration of distribution slips and any other type of documents or transactions from/to the space under his responsibility.
- University degree, Preferably Economics/Business Administration profile.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of Management
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel/Word/PPT).
- Have very good written and verbal communication.
- Have analytical and observation skills.
