Job Title: Cashier
Working hours: Multi-shift in accordance with the needs of the company
Place of work: Grand Casino Tirana (Floor -1 Hotel "Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana")
Supervisor: Middle management and above
Brief job description:
• Actively participates on CGE training processes; perfect personal appearance is a must
• Provides all clients with excellent service and attitude
• Responsible for completion of Cash Desk balances
• Responsible for processes such as counts, precise records of these and correct reporting
• Maintains precise system of filling and archiving supportive records of Chip Stock Evidence;
Cash Balance Evidence; Exchange Office Evidence; Table Sheets and Initial Fills to
departments; submits necessary and adequate paperwork to regional office financial
department; communicates appropriately
• Performs fills and credits to Cash Machines
• Performs CC transactions and their records using appropriate procedure and devices
• Cooperates on initial table floats preparation; table fills and credits; table opening and
closing procedure
• Handling ticket, chips and money transactions
• Keeps proper stock evidence of Gift Vouchers & Tokens issued / received / balanced
• Participate on Tip counts; keep records and evidences
• Controls over the reports from F&B cage
• Collecting all data from operation, balancing these and elaborates Daily Transmission
Report – final financial report of the unit operational result
• Keeps records of buy-ins and cash-outs of major players
• Communicates and cooperates with Middle Management intensively
• Keeps perfect filling system and clear desk policy
• Archives all documentation according to the company procedures and policies
Direct:
• Follow the orders and instructions of the employer and your supervisor
• Assures clear and pleasant communication within CGE Department and all other
departments
• Comply with internal Procedures and Policies
Other skills:
Ability to communicate with co-workers and the public
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
