EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an consolidate company (representative of several international brands) operating in the healthcare sector, is currently recruiting Business Coordinator.

Major responsibilities:

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options;
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities;
• Remains informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
• Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements;
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities;
• Planning and distributing employee work schedules;
• Increasing team motivation and sharing positive feedback and praise;
• Circulating company information and updates within the team.

Requirements for this position are:

• University degree;
• Managerial skills;
• Previous experience in B2B sales positions;
• Market knowledge and reporting skills;
• Very good communication and negotiation;
• Driver's license (B Category).
