- To execute the daily transactions accurately and without causing any delay,
- To perform the job in compliance with the regulations of AIPS/AECH systems and other regulations, internal rules and Central Operations Manager’s instructions,
- To check the uploaded incoming transfer transactions for ensuring that they contain all the necessary information and are correct and ready for execution,
- To repair and maintain the necessary data in order to ensure higher STP rate in booking of incoming transfers,
- To apply the BoP codes for incoming crossborder transfers.
- To initiate investigation of transfers in cases of discrepancies in beneficiary details such as account number and name. To follow up resolution and book properly the outcome (further credit to branch or return of funds).
- To communicate with branches or other departments in HO as necessary, for the correct execution of incoming payments.
- To make the necessary input and account entry in the system (manual booking in cases of upload failure).
- To prepare excel files for requesting “Our” charges from other banks. To communicate with FID for follow up of reimbursement of requested charges.
- To make the necessary account entry in the system.
- To reconcile the MoneyGram accounts by downloading MG reports and close balances. Once monthly to distribute the income from MG charges to respective branches.
- To reconcile the UPT accounts by downloading the respective reports and close balances. To book income from UPT transactions.
- To make the necessary account entry in the system, such as change of value date or any other charges as applicable.
- To participate to the job-related seminars, training programs and meetings.
- To assist with the digitalization of the documents as necessary.
- To assist in the finance operations as necessary.
- To perform other jobs given by Operations Manager.
- University Degree, preferable in Finance or Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Use of Microsoft Office applications in addition to corebanking and other applications in use in the Bank.
