Asst. Specialist/Specialist - Card Operations Department
Tasks
• To evaluate and investigate every chargeback dispute.
• To maintain constant contact with the processor and merchant for each chargeback process.
• To enable the necessary information and documents for each chargeback process based on the international rules of Mastercard/VISA.
• Review chargeback cases and communicate their resolution with the branches / merchants on all stages of the dispute.
• To perform the reconciliation of chargeback accounts.
• To perform manual reconciliation of transactions performed with debit cards.
• To follow, verify and resolve problems related to cards, which came from customers’ complaints.
• To perform other operations related to the cards activity according to the needs of the department.
Requirements
• Very good knowledge of English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
