Asst. Specialist - Card Operations Department

Duties & Responsibilities
To be responsible for the process of cards’ distribution.
  • To take the deliveries from the courier and to perform the physical card inventory by counting the cards one by one and to compare with the invoice.
  • To proceed with dividing the cards as per BKT’s branches and recount them in order to be sure of the final number of cards that the branches are going to receive.
  • To register the cards on the excel forms manually as per card type and branch code.
  • To deliver the cards to the courier and sign up all the respective forms.
  • To follow card distribution process by reconciliation of reports of issued cards and
  • distributed cards each month.
  • To follow, verify on time and resolve problems related to cards distribution process.
  • To perform other operations related to the cards’ activity according to the needs of the department.

Qualifications
· Very good knowledge of English
· Excellent communication skills
· Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
· To be honest, dependable and trustworthy.
