Accounts Specialist/Finance/IRFS/Kontabilitet

Location: Tirana
Type: On-Site
Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus
Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday
Salary: 950.000 gross yearly + Bonus 200.000 gross yearly
As an Accounts Specialist, you will play a vital role in handling invoices and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing, categorizing, and accurately recording invoices
  • Reconciling debtor/creditor accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Monitoring payment deadlines and initiating invoice corrections when necessary
  • Managing incoming reminders, maintaining written communication with suppliers, and proposing payment solutions
  • Serving as a point of contact for various departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication

Qualifications

  • Completed a commercial vocational training or holds a degree in Finance/business administration
  • Knowledge and practical experience with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
  • 2-3 year of Relevant experience in accounting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in German is considered a valuable asset
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Microsoft D365, Lucanet (nice to have) or similar consolidation/reporting tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated reliability, detail-oriented and methodical work approach, and the ability to work independently
