Job position: HR & Recruitment Intern
Location: Tirana, Albania.
Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR & Recruitment Intern to assist our company with administrative recruiting and HR-related day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Show Us You Can:
• Assist with recruitment tasks and operational activities including reviewing applications, conducting candidate phone interviews, scheduling interviews or other meetings, assisting with events, or other responsibilities as needed.
• Post positions on various external job boards, review incoming applications, reject any unqualified applicants, and reach out to qualified candidates to schedule phone screens.
• Schedule phone interviews and collect feedback on candidates.
• Create, edit, and reformat job postings for all existing and new client job openings.
• Post and monitor all job postings to all job portals the Agency uses.
• Screen candidate resumes.
• Schedule interview calls with the Recruitment Manager as well as other teams.
• Schedule and conduct reference checks for all potential employees.
• Aid with ongoing projects within the Recruitment and Human Resources Department of the Group.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with Senior Recruiters.
• Maintain high volume experienced and campus candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system.
• Document and optimize processes across both Recruitment and HR while delivering top-notch candidate experience.
• Collaborate and support as needed in other areas across the Recruitment Agency.

Required Qualifications:
• Working to obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant psychology or business majors such as business administration, human resource management, organization development, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology.
• HR capacity is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in scheduling meetings in Outlook.
• Strong interest in building a career in Recruitment or HR and a desire to work across many areas within the HR/Recruitment departments
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while having strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Extraordinary attention to detail.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong collaboration and time management skills.
• Previous internship experience or office environment work experience preferred.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
