Trucking Dispatcher
We are a carrier looking for a motivated individual who understands the road, knows how to talk to drivers,
and can manage a fast-paced board without losing focus.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Dispatching a fleet of 100+ drivers across the USA.
Monitoring load boards (DAT/Truckstop) and negotiating high-paying rates.
Managing driver HOS (Hours of Service) and ensuring ELD compliance.
Tracking shipments and providing real-time updates to customers/brokers.
Solving "on-the-road" problems (breakdowns, weather delays, lumper issues).
