Trucking Dispatcher

A fast-growing U.S.-based trucking company operating 100+ trucks nationwide is looking for experienced Overseas Truck Dispatchers to join our team.

We are seeking motivated dispatchers from Albania will work with U.S. carriers, brokers, and load boards.

Job Responsibilities:
* Find and book loads for our trucks using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
* Communicate with brokers and negotiate freight rates
* Coordinate drivers and manage daily schedules
* Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries
* Solve problems during transit and keep drivers updated

Requirements:

* Experience dispatching for U.S. trucking companies preferred
* Good English communication skills
* Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) preferred
* Ability to work U.S. business hours
