Main Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and provide a seamless experience to our guests throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure that all guest feedback is recorded and addressed promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the quality standards across all hotel services and facilities.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on guest experience and quality assurance findings.
- Support the management team in implementing improvements in service quality.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Albanian, English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or quality assurance is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
