Job Summary:

The Digital Team Leader at Balfin Real Estate is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategies and execution across all real estate projects managed by the company. This role involves leading the digital team to develop, implement, and optimize digital campaigns that enhance the company’s online presence, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives. The Digital Team Leader will collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and other functional team leaders to ensure digital efforts are integrated into the broader marketing strategy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and support the specific needs of each real estate project.
  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

2. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality output.
  • Allocate digital resources to various real estate projects, ensuring that each project has the necessary digital support to achieve its objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing Managers and other functional team leaders (PR & Communication, Designers, Market Research, Events, etc.) within the matrix structure to ensure digital efforts are well-coordinated and integrated into overall marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and clients, to understand digital requirements and deliver effective online strategies.

4. Website and Content Management:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s websites and digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with branding standards.
  • Work with the content team to develop and manage a content calendar that supports the overall digital strategy, ensuring timely and relevant content publication.
  • Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and effectively engages target audiences.

5. Social Media Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages followers, and drives traffic to the company’s websites and project pages.
  • Oversee the management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, engagement with followers, and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a strong online presence.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform decision-making and optimize future strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders on digital performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

7. Innovation and Digital Trends:

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Identify and implement new digital strategies, platforms, and technologies that can enhance the company’s online presence and marketing efforts.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation within the digital team, fostering the exploration of new ideas and creative solutions.

8. Budget and Resource Management:

  • Assist the Marketing Director in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor digital expenditures, track budget performance, and make necessary adjustments to stay within financial constraints.
Work Experience:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing are preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.


Other Qualifications:

  1. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising a digital marketing team.
  2. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  3. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Successful execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Increased website traffic, lead generation, and online engagement metrics.
  • Adherence to digital marketing budgets, with cost-effective management of resources.
  • Positive feedback from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on digital strategy and execution.
  • Continuous improvement in team performance and professional development.
  • Innovation in digital strategies and successful implementation of new digital tools and technologies.
