TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is currently seeking to hire a hardworking, proactive and motivated candidate to join Risk Management Department in the position of Senior Credit Risk Analyses & Reporting Officer.

Responsibilities:
- Performs the provisioning process under local and IFRS standards as per the procedures in place;
- Assures the correct calculation of RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) as per the requirements of Bank of Albania;
- Performs the calculation and reporting of Large Exposures as per the regulation in force;
- Monitors the credit risk limits related to specific transactions and/or loan portfolio;
- Monitors changes in the regulatory framework, rules, definitions and requirements which necessitate the adjustment of the relevant policies, methods and reporting;
- Prepares portfolio analysis related to the trend and growth of the loan portfolio, segmentation / concentration of risk and behavioural elements;
- Periodically prepares stress tests for the estimation of potential economic loss;
- Monitors all risk parameters set out in Risk Appetite Framework;
- Coordinates the preparation of ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process);
- Ensures the correct reporting of all items under Risk responsibility with regards to the requirements of the regulation on transparency related to publishing of periodical financial information;
Required experience:
- At least 2 years of banking experience in similar or related positions in Risk, Finance, MIS, other analysis & reporting structures;
Required education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business administration, Economics, Mathematics, etc.;
- Masters’ Degree from a reputable local or foreign University is very much desired;
Required competencies / skills:
- Advanced communication in English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word) and preferably other banking programs;
- Advanced knowledge of data processing;
- Very good presentation and communication skills;
- Capacity to work with numbers and reports but also develop risk judgment with creative and flexible thinking;
- Energy, team spirit and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Ability to continuously develop himself/herself, ability to provide added value through bringing new ideas;
