Key Account Manager for La Roche-Posay and Vichy!
Open Position: Key Account Manager for brands La Roche-Posay and Vichy in Albania
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Motivate and manage customers in Albania for LRP & Vichy product portfolio
Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set
Identify the potential for commercial development of existing customers and develop their loyalty
Identify prospects within his/her industry and develop new business relationships
Close collaboration with Key clients on Albanian market, building strategic plan and gaining share
Develop market share (sell-out) in the sector
Address the challenges related to key account management and business trends and needs: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about client’s behavior, monitoring competing brands
Planning and presenting reports on key accounts progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with key stakeholders
Manage Client’s P&L and negotiations of commercial terms within the established budgets.
Address the challenges related to key account management and business trends and needs: finding best practices in the market, exploring knowledge about client’s behavior, monitoring competing brands
Negotiate and align joint business plans with national clients in Albania
SKILLS
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial role
Skilled negotiator with strong strategic approach
Analytical, result oriented and very experienced with Excel and Power Point
Fluent in English
Masters’s degree corresponding with the profile / an equivalent university diploma.
Valid Category B driving license.
