EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, is looking for an IT Senior Delivery Manager.
We are looking for a Senior IT Delivery Manager with a strong background in managing development teams and engaging with internal stakeholders. This person will be directly responsible for 4 development teams and will act as the bridge between project requirements and operational capacity, ensuring efficiency, quality, and growth in delivery.
Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen relationships with managers of Italian factories to identify projects for internal teams;
Manage and optimize capacity, planning, and resource allocation across various projects;
Supervise and support project execution at all stages, ensuring objectives are met;
Guide and assist teams in developing standardized processes ("assembly lines") to improve efficiency;
Ensure compliance with company delivery, governance, and quality processes, promoting standardization and adherence to best practices;
Monitor performance, delivery metrics, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements for this position are:
Demonstrated expertise in managing IT teams and delivering complex software projects;
Deep understanding of distributed team dynamics, software development, and delivery models;
Strong ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders and internal clients;
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of key methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Very good Italian and English.
