We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Head of Commercial Growth to lead user and revenue growth across our Consumer and Business fintech apps. This role will be responsible for driving user acquisition, increasing product usage, and optimizing monetization across all core product lines—including cards, remittance, P2P transfers, merchant acquiring, and business payment tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one of the relevant areas: cards, acquiring services, mobile wallets or SME banking with a technology interest, with a proven ability to operate in the field, build commercial partnerships, and deliver on KPIs. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant ownership and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Growth & Activation
    • Lead acquisition and activation strategies for both consumer and business user segments
    • Increase active user base and engagement across fintech products
  • Business Onboarding & Partnerships
    • Identify and onboard merchants and SMEs to the Business App
    • Build field partnerships that create scalable B2B2C growth channels
    • Represent the company in local networks and commercial opportunities
  • Revenue & Product KPI Ownership
    • Drive growth across revenue-generating products (card spend, remittance, QR transactions, etc.)
    • Monitor and report key commercial metrics, working closely with product and finance teams
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Lead the marketing/digital marketing teams and external agencies on user acquisition campaigns
    • Work with product and customer support teams to improve user journeys and engagement and give input for the product development and pricing efforts
    • Join the User Acceptance tests efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, banking, acquiring, or SME sales
  • Experience working with payment products, cards, merchant solutions, or POS systems
  • Demonstrated success in meeting commercial KPIs and managing client relationships
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to be active in the field
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Fluency in English and Albanian (Turkish is a plus)
Preferred Backgrounds
  • Previous experience as a branch manager (with an interest to technology), acquiring/POS sales lead, or commercial partnerships manager, fintech growth
