Duties & Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the chargeback process.
• To investigate and analyze each chargeback case based on rules of VISA and MASTERCARD.
• To maintain continuous contact with card processor and BKT branches for each chargeback case.
• To closely follow up each chargeback phase, required documentation and actions to be taken.
• Acts in compliance with the procedures and regulations of the Bank.
• Any other duty related to the cards’ activity that supervisor assigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree on Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Excellent communication skills
• To have analytical skills.
• To have good accounting knowledge.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
