Job Title: Assistant Manager
Department: Cards
Reports to: Cards Department Manager

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania, is currently seeking to hire a dynamic, proactive and motivated candidate to join Cards Department in the position of Assistant Manager.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Management and communication with third parties related to cards issues (Processor, VISA and any other third parties);
Assisting in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. Preparation of Action Plans and evaluation of the progress;
Responsible for implementation and support of card products in terms of projects, Visa mandates, Bank’s procedures, regulatory requirements etc. Suggests improvements in procedures of the department;
Suggests improvements in the operation of systems used by the department;
Monitoring of accuracy for new and existing products, review and follow up of the product features, Visa mandates, specifications and procedures in line with internal and external regulations;
Supports the problems solving related with day to day activities of the Cards Department.

Required experience:

5 years minimum of Banking experience in cards operations

Required education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business related field;

Required competencies / skills:

Working experience in the Bank is preferred;
Fluent knowledge of English language in written and spoken;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
Flexibility, team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Strong presentation skills;
