JUMBO is one of the most successful stores for children that will open soon in Tirana East Gate shopping center with an area of 5000 m2. This store will trade on its premises different items for children such as toys, gifts, books, stationery, apparel and diverse accessories.

JUMBO is looking for an accountant responsible for all Financial and Fiscal Management aspects of Company operations.
Main Responsibilities
Ø Own and manage the company internal control processes to safeguard the company’s assets and financial reporting
Ø Manage the accounting & finance of the company, ensuring good performance of the overall accounting function and reliable accounting data.
Ø Own and manage the process of management reporting to the Store’s Manager and Finance Director focusing on financial performance of the company and its projects.
Ø To prepare the financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
Ø Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
Ø Coordinate the financial programs including budgeting assets, etc.
Ø Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
Ø Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
Ø Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ø University Degree – in Finance / Accounting, Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) would be beneficial;
Ø Language skills: Albanian and good English, any other language is an asset;
Ø Minimum 2 -3 year’s Business and/or Accounting experience;
Ø Business experience in Finance / Accounting;
Ø Preferable experience in project management and project accounting;
Ø Technical skills in financial controlling, accounting, management reporting, performance management;
Ø Strong analytical skills, stress resistant;
Ø Self motivator, capable of leading and motivating people;
Ø Good communicator, both oral and written;
