SALES SUPERVISOR
Location: Tirana/ Durres
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent managerial skills and experience in leading sales teams. This role involves monitoring and supporting the sales team, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to maximize performance and revenue growth.
MAIN Responsibilities:
♦ Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
♦ Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
♦ Analyze market performance and suggest improvements.
♦ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
♦ Provide continuous training and development for the sales staff.
♦ Report results to management and propose new strategies.,
♦ Compile the daily route for each sales agent which is changed in weekly bases only with approval
♦ Verify the daily route of each sales agent through the GPS device,etc
GENERAL REQUIERMENTS
♦ University Degree
♦ Previous work experience of at least 2-5 years on managerial positions in sales department in FMCG sector.
♦ Excellent knowledge of English
♦ Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
♦ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
♦ Strong knowledge of market analysis and sales strategy implementation.
♦ Organizational and time management skills.
