Assistant/Specialist- Financial Reporting and Budgeting Department


Main Duties

To assist in the:

• Preparation of the periodical reports to the Bank of Albania, ASD and other regulatory bodies.
• Preparation of the financial information and reporting packages to the Shareholder, BoD, Management, and any other institutions or internal Departments’ requests.
• Preparation of quarterly review report for external auditors.
• Yearly budgeting process.
• Preparation of monthly profitability report and analysis for branches.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

• University degree in Finance / Economics / Economic Informatics

Applicants:

• Newly graduated, or;
• To have at least 2 years job experience in related fields (finance, banking, and accounting).

Knowledge and capabilities:

• Strong Financial and/or Accounting understanding and being versed in banking concepts is a plus.
• Good knowledge on financial reporting standards.
• Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken (Turkish as a second language is an advantage).
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and computer programs- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Interpersonal skills:

• To be accurate and trustworthy. Displays integrity, honesty and commitment.
• Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality results and meets deadlines;
• Capable to work under pressure.
• Very good oral and written communication along with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintains a positive, open, and objective attitude towards other points of view and perspectives.
