Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking to hire a
IT & T TECHNICIAN
who will report to the Information Technology & Telecommunication Manager of the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

- Responsible to diagnose IT equipment problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on IT equipment and programs. Set up IT equipment and schedule maintenance;
- Responsible for analyzing and diagnosing problems related to TIA IT&T systems and developing effective solutions;
- Responsible for providing general IT support to staff and customers (office automation);
- Responsible for performing check for every IT dedicated system;
- Responsible to orient new users to existing technology ;
- Responsible to prepare detailed shift reports.
- Bachelor degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering;
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting a variety of technologies (desktops/laptops, local/network printers, peripherals, network devices, etc.);
- Understand basic Network Knowledge and Server configuration;
- Knowledge on security, access control, and CCTV systems;
- At least two years of working experience in related job responsibilities;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and proactive;
- Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills;
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Available to work in 3 shifts
