Tirana International Airport SHPK (“TIA”) is seeking for an

IT&T Technician​

who will report to the Information Technology and Telecommunication Director of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:
(for indicative purposes only. The responsibilities listed below can be subject of change upon recruitment)

• Responsible to diagnose IT equipment problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on IT equipment and programs. Set up IT equipment and schedule maintenance
• Responsible for analyzing and diagnosing problems related to TIA IT&T systems and developing effective solutions
• Responsible for providing general IT support to staff and customers (office automation)
• Responsible for performing check for every IT dedicated system
• Responsible to orient new users to existing technology
• Responsible to prepare detailed shift reports

Requirements of the position:

• Bachelor degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering
• Knowledge of general IT, office automation:

TCP/IP Ethernet Networking; PC Maintenance Hardware/Software; Printers/Scanners; Telephony

• Knowledge on:

CCTV, Access Control Systems, Metal Detector Bridges and Material Detection Scanners

• At least two years of working experience in related job responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English language
• Ability to multi-task, organize and coordinate
• Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
• Available to work in 3 shifts
