Partner Relationship Manager for Region: Tirana, Korça,Elbasan

Job Duties:


  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key sales personnel within customer companies.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
  • Working closely with other PRM in the department to achieve the target
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure partner needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Proposes and follows activities related to marketing for each dealer.
Knowledge, skills required

  • Exceptional sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build B2B relationship
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Market knowledge
  • Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience working as a business relationship manager or a track record of managing business relationships.
  • Very good English language knowledge

Education/ Experience:

  • Master Degree preferred Business Administration
  • University degree on Business/Marketing/Business/ others
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales management position
  • Very good English language knowledge
