Position Overview: The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the financial records of the property management company.
This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial information, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a
remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in the
accounting system.
 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including rent collection and vendor
payments.
 Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
 Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
 Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
 Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
 Respond to financial inquiries from management and stakeholders.
 Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
 Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in property
management.
 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
