We are seeking to recruit: Senior Specialist in Card & ATM Sector
Job purpose: Responsible for performing the debit and credit card operational daily activities. Supports the branch’ inquiries regarding cardholder requests.
Direct Reports to: Head of Sector
Main Responsibilities:
- Receives and Controls all debit cards and credit cards applications
- Assures application completion and accuracy and checks if it accompanied with the required documentation
- Processes all debit and credit cards applications on the application system
- Receives the cards which are delivered to Card Sector from the Processor
- Delivers cards and makes sure that they are posted to the corresponding Branches and to the responsible persons and follows up the delivery
- Provides requested information to the Head Office and Branches regarding debit and credit card operational matters.
- Supports and controls the process of blocking, re-issuance and other modifications of debit and credit cards
- Replies to Branches’ inquiries regarding customer requests and contacts customers when and if necessary
- Supports the Branches and clients on issues under its responsibility and resolves operational problems and customer complaints that cannot be resolved at the Branch level.

Criteria to be fulfilled:
- 3-year experience in Card business
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Access etc)
