Senior Field Engineer/Telecommunications​

An international firm providing engineering staff solutions to telecommunication clients is looking for experienced Albanian engineers to join their international team in Albania in the position of Senior Field Engineer, acting as liaison with one of its key customers and shall be the main local technical point of contact for this account. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting the client’s systems/solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as general liaison with Customer
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Customer
• Manage installation, maintenance and repair
• Properly document issues encountered in the field
• Resolution of customer issues and on-site technical support
• Define product/functional requirements based on Customer's requirements and facilitate development of work specific to the Customer​

Qualifications

• University degree in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering
• 3+ years experience in related field, possibly in supervisory level
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective organization and time-management skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support
• Ability to travel
