Job Title: Seasonal Barista​

Location: Green Coast Hotel
Contract Type: Seasonal (May – September)

Job Summary​

Green Coast Hotel is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Seasonal Barista to join our team during the summer season. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring an excellent guest experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities​

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other hot and cold beverages
• Ensure consistency and quality in all beverages served
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements & Qualifications​

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and professional appearance
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
