Position: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Location Rogner Hotel Tirana
Profile We are looking for an energetic, flexible and confident candidate to join our Team in the position of Restaurant Supervisor!

Essential Job Requirements:

• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the standards of the service and all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives
• Supervise and assist the service staff in preparing the daily Mise-en-place
• Make sure guests have a proper welcoming in the Restaurant and Terrace Area
• Supervise and assist during different events like cocktails, lunch, catering service etc.
• Constant awareness of all the events taking place in the Hotel and services rendered by the Hotel to be able to provide the guests with correct information
• Handling queries and complaints with care, finding the best solution and assure follow up with guests
• Supervise and orientate the service of the a la Carte, room service, cashiers and waiters on his/her shift and make sure the service is delivered in conformity with the Rogner Hotel Tirana Standards
• Coordinating between the kitchen and restaurant for a qualitative service toward the clients
• Up-sell and promote all specials advertised in the Restaurant

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in similar positions
• Good knowledge of the billing system and dealing with different issues
• Fluently English and Albanian verbal and written
• Additional languages are definitely a plus (German or Italian desirable)
• A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele
