Kastrati Group, one of the largest and most well-known business groups in Albania and the region, founded in 1991, is expanding its operations and is seeking to hire a Renewable Portfolio Trading Executive for its offices. The company operates across various sectors, including energy, oil, construction, services, and trade, and has a successful track record as a leader in its industry.

- Manage and optimize direct offtake positions for PV and other renewables in DAM and Intraday markets in direct support for Trading Structure
- Operate and optimize aggregated portfolios, including BESS units
- Maintain accurate Balancing Group schedules and reduce imbalances to support the overall trading structure
- Utilize BESS for arbitrage, peak shaving, balancing, and flexibility services
- Monitor forecasts, production data, and market conditions to adjust trading positions in real time
- Perform efficiency and performance assessments of PV, BESS, and other renewable assets
- Support development of trading and optimization strategies for VPP, aggregation, and storage
- Prepare operational, performance, and imbalance reports
- Ensure compliance with market regulations and internal risk guidelines.
- Degree in Engineering.
- Direct offtake management of PV and other renewable assets.
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS): operation, optimization, and trading use-cases.
- Forecasting of renewable generation and consumption.
- PV performance analysis and efficiency assessment
- Data analysis (Excel, Python or similar tools)
- Aggregation of distributed energy resources (DER) and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) operations.
