Job position: Business Implementation Manager
Contract Terms: Full-time Contract
Location: Pristina, Kosovo.

Summary of the Role: We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Business Implementation Manager, for our client in Albania, to direct and manage their organization's business activities in Kosovo and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Summary of Duties:
Duties of the Business Implementation Manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our client’s organization in maintaining relationships with their clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.
The noteworthy Business Implementation Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Creating and managing budgets.
• Work with the Headquarter Management Team to actively identify, prospect, develop, and close key enterprise accounts, leading and owning the full sales process.
• Consistently acquire new key accounts and drive revenue through efficient pipeline management, ensuring agreements are closed promptly.
• Stays informed on all relevant industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs, representing the company at various sales meetings, and networking events.
• Identify hiring needs and train low-level managers and staff.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Compile and generate performance reports, analyze performance data, and use this to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction while giving presentations to the Headquarter Management Team.
• Strategically managing the sales process through the development and implementation of new customers.
• Be Responsible for achieving and exceeding his own sales targets through an annual sales quota.
• Expanding the customer base through strategic new business prospects.
• Clear market definition and execute sales plans.
• Creating and maintaining executive and senior management relationships - C Level/executive with the Headquarter Staff.

Qualifications:

Education Required: Master's Degree, preferred in Business Administration or Marketing.
Work Experience: 6+ years of working experience in Sales management and at least 2+ of experience in conceiving, developing, and executing startup ventures.

Key Competencies:

• Proven track record for sourcing and closing new business.
• Awareness of a consultative sales process.
• Previous management and strong leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional work relationships.
• Provide consistent pipeline opportunities, managing the account decision-making process to ensure revenue is achieved.
• Provide accurate and timely account pipeline reports, account plan updates, and sales forecasts.

Key Capabilities:

• Experience independently identifying, influencing, negotiating, structuring, and closing strategic/high revenue impact.
• Proven track record of delivering complex integrated sales.
• Strong experience with consumer-driven tactics.
• Highly organized, with the ability to combine strategic direction with hands-on tactical execution.
• Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in project management
• Strong networking skills.
• Up to date with the latest trends and developments in technology, especially in terms of communication, loyalty marketing, and publicity.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 6+ years in partnership management, marketing, project management, direct marketing, advertising, sales management, or loyalty marketing.
• Experience in modeling and analyzing various KPIs.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take the initiative, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish and build business relationships.
