Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Nerdy Joe. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities by identifying prospects, reaching out to potential clients, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, hungry, and excited about working in a fast-paced, innovative agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across multiple industries.
- Perform outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and track activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for leads and booked calls.
Requirements
- Previous experience as SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls).
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Driven, competitive, and able to work independently.
- English proficiency (both spoken and written).
