Sales Supervisor Pogradec

Purpose of position:

Manages retail customers by conception, proposing, gaining commitment, implementing, following up the ongoing and retirement of marketing offers and campaigns for retail services; Collaborates closely with retail sales, monitors market and customers and reflects on improving existing or launching new offers and campaigns. Prepares and manages procedures.

Requirements of the position:

• University degree Marketing, Management, Economics or similar field.
• Previous experience with retail services and products, offer/product/campaign management, retail sales
• Customer oriented people
• Very good communication, proactive, team player, can-do attitude, ability to things done
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Able and willing to work in team
• Willing to work under pressure
• Technology awareness
